Weekly Performance Snapshot

Traffic began softly and increased substantially from August 14 onward. Six of the final 9 shifts recorded the week’s higher activity levels.

Two shifts received no new subscribers. Response ranged from 0% to 100%, although the 100% results occurred on single-subscriber shifts; the August 16 night shift reached 90% during peak traffic.

What Performed Best

  • Live-illusion and live sets were the leading sellers, appearing in 6 of 22 shifts and supporting the strongest night.
  • Solo dildo content across missionary, cowgirl, and doggy formats sold in 3 shifts.
  • B/G content sold in 3 shifts, often bundled with solo content.
  • Hardsells were a secondary sales driver in 3 shifts.
  • Additional sellers included stripping solo with toys, JOI bundles, black leather lingerie photos, stripteases, pussy play, and LL teasers.

Audience Observations & Actions Taken

High-volume periods did not always produce stronger response. Several peak-traffic shifts landed between 10% and 20%, indicating a need for faster qualification and clearer opening messages.

A mass PPV test sent more than 50 wallet testers on the August 16 morning shift. It generated activity, but most new subscribers did not complete a purchase.

One team member identified the welcome message as a possible early drop-off point and documented a plan to improve it.

Content Opportunities

  • New solo content was requested in 4 shifts, including dildo-focused sets and general solo material.
  • B/G, feet, and JOI content were each requested in 2 shifts.
  • Single requests included anal, fresh titty content, solo BJ, armpit pictures, a black-latex outfit with a sexting set, and isolated hardsell content with toys.

Next-Week Focus

  • Continue prioritizing live-illusion and live sets while pairing them with proven solo and B/G options.
  • Review and test the welcome message to reduce early conversation drop-off during high-volume periods.
  • Develop new solo material first, then test B/G, feet, and JOI variations around repeated requests.
  • Refine wallet-test targeting and follow-up so mass PPV activity is directed toward subscribers showing stronger purchase intent.
